Does my quote include VAT at samedaycourier.delivery?
Yes VAT charges are added to your quotes, this amount will be added at checkout before payment.
Do my quotes include ferry costs?
If your driver needs to use a ferry to complete your move, they will ask for additional charges on the day.
Will I have to pay the T – charge in London?
If your move passes through or is within the congestion charge zone, you will not be charged an additional for T – charge.
Can I store my items in a van overnight?
No, we cannot store items in vehicles. This is due to the fact that if items are stolen we are not accountable for theft.
Do I have to sign any documents?
Simply book with us and you are good to go! If there are any additional documents to sign your driver will provide them.
Do all of your vans come with drivers?
Yes, all of our vans come with at least one driver. We do not currently have a van hire service
How will my items be protected?
All of our drivers are experts in moving things. When moving your items they will protect your items with blankets and straps.
Can you provide driver helpers if I need them?
Yes! If you require more people power – just contact us by phone 03333390906 and we will offer you this service.
Can I travel with the driver in the van?
It’s generally not permitted, due to safety regulations, insurance concerns, and the lack of comfort and space.
How soon should I book my Courier?
We advise that you book as soon as possible to secure a driver and suitable van for your Same Day Courier Service.
Will my driver be on time requested?
All of our drivers do our best to be on time. However, they may sometimes be delayed because of traffic but we will update you.
Are there any additional charges for service?
Ussualy no, but sometimes may be additional charges for certain requests and issues. Contact us for more information.
